In one of the more outrageous recent cases of the “pot calling the kettle black”, the blacks-onlyMetropolitan Black Police Association (BPA) has again … accused the Metropolitan Police of London, England, of being “institutionally racist.”

This cry of “institutional racism” is nothing else but NON-whites decrying the fact that they tend to be stopped, searched and arrested more often than Whites. The reason for this is, of course, because as a statistical average, NON-whites commit more crime than Whites.
However, rather than admit this obvious fact, NON-white organisations such as the “Metropolitan Black Police Association” and White liberals, will prefer instead … to blame White people. This tactic is used the world over to excuse high NON-white crime rates (in White countries), or even failure to perform properly at any level in western society.

The irony of a blacks-only organisation calling another body “institutionally racist” is also lost on these people, who genuinely think that only they have the right to organise along racial grounds. If any London police officials had to set up a “Metropolitan White Police Association” they would be drummed out of the force as “racist.”
According to the black police organisation, “Institutional racism is not about labelling individuals racists, but rather police practice and procedures that bring about disproportionate outcomes for black and minority ethnic communities and police personnel.”
In other words, black members of the force don’t do as well in the tests and courses set out to achieve promotion within the police—and therefore Whites are to blame.
In addition, the BPA has blamed the (White) police for not recruiting enough NON-whites, implying that it is once again White peoples’ fault that blacks, Pakistanis, Chinese and the huge mixture of races in London, shy away from joining law enforcement.
According to the BPA, the “2011 census indicated that over 40% of Londoners were from BME backgrounds, whilst only 10% of MPS police officers were from BME communities.” (Note: Typically, they have their figures wrong. The latest UK census showed that 54% of Londoners were from ‘Black and Minority Ethnic’ –BME—communities).
“These officers disproportionately hug the lower ranks, face significantly slower rates of career progression and are over-represented in disciplinary actions, in comparison to their White counterparts,” the BPA continued.
Note once again, the “blame whitey” phenomenon. Because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses, and are thus “over-represented in disciplinary action,” it is White peoples’ fault—not that of the offending officers.
This situation, the BPA claims is “unsustainable, as it severely impacts on police legitimacy and more importantly erodes trust and confidence in BME communities.”
The logic is breath-taking, and possibly only the arrogance exceeds its stupidity. The BPA is saying that because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses than White officers, and do poorly on internal promotional exams, the rest of the NON-white community blames White people for “racism” and therefore does not trust them.
The madness goes on: Superintendent Leroy Logan, chair of the Met BPA (Metropolitan Black Police Association) charitable trust, said … before the (Police) force could consider itself free of “institutional racism“, it must tackle the continuing disproportions in the treatment of minority Londoners.
“The real litmus test is still the vexed issue of stop and search and its disproportionality in black and minority ethnic (BME) communities, because so many people perceive that the police are involved in racial profiling?”

A recent review of “stop-and-search policing” in London found that black “youths” are up to six times more likely to be stopped than Whites, and that in “authorised localised stops” under section 60 of the 1994 Public Order Act, NON-whites are 28 times more likely to be stopped.

(11 May) Russian Envoy Vladimir Vinokurov, the Consulate General of San Francisco was approached near his hotel room during a visit to Los Angles by an agent of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) indentifying himself as Stephen Ivens who warned that he, and a former FBI agent named Donald Sachtleben had uncovered evidence of an impending terror attack on US soil, (and) stating that those behind the attack were “all insane.”
Before Ivens was able to finish his “message,” this report says, the three American Diplomatic Security agents, who trail all Russian diplomats in the US, began to “surge” towards Ivens causing him to flee.
According to US news sources, Special Agent Ivens, after leaving downtown Los Angeles, returned to his home in Burbank whereupon he then fled into the rugged Verdugo Mountains after which a massive manhunt for him ensued, involving 100 FBI agents, 40 sheriff’s department rescuers and a dozen local police officers.
FBI officials stated to the local media that Ivens was “distraught” and “might be suicidal”adding that they believed he had in his possession his service weapon. At no time, however, did anyone ever state as to why Ivens would be in such a state.
According to other US news sources, Special Agent Ivens graduated from Braintree High School in Massachusetts 18 years ago, and was selected by his fellow students as “shyest”in his class. He was further described by FBI colleagues as well liked, a devoted agent with no history of disciplinary action on the job, and according to FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller “Married with a one-year-old child, he has been working for the FBI for the past three years in the national security area. Prior to that, he worked as a Los Angeles police officer for 8 years.”
Late yesterday, after the massive manhunt failed to find any trace of Ivens, his wife TheaIvens issued an urgent public appeal stating: “Steve, if you are out there listening right now, your wife wants to let you know, ‘Babe, we are in this together for better or for worse. I love you, no matter what happens.’ Your child wants you to know, ‘Daddy’s work? Daddy home?’ ”
Even more bizarre about this case, as this report continues, is that the retired FBI agent named Donald Sachtleben mentioned by Ivens, who also knew about this impending “plot,” was arrested within hours of Ivens disappearing and charged with “trading child pornography”.
Most important to note about Sachtleben (aside from his being a 25+year veteran of the FBI) is the fact that he was a special agent bomb technician before retiring in 2008 who specialized in counterterrorism and bombing investigations, and whose most important case was the 11 September 2001 attacks on New York City.
According to US news reports about Sachtleben’s arrest, this most knowledgeable of FBI agents “openly traded child porn“ using the e-mail address ‘pedodave69@yahoo.com’ in an act so stupid for one of the United States most highly trained intelligence agents… it defies belief.
The practice of US intelligence services charging their most feared dissidents with child pornography and/or sex charges is well known, with the most celebrated case being against the former UN weapons inspector William Scott Ritter, Jr. who warned about the LIES being told to the American people in the run-up to the Iraq War, only to find himselfsent to prison on trumped up charges involving a minor girl.

police assures us, that “racists” will be “driven out of the police” whilst revealing that 10 officers are currently under investigation of suspicion of the most “heinous” thought crime of our age.
Last week, writing in the London Evening Standard, former deputy editor of the Independent and sometime speech writer for Prime Minister David Cameron, Ian Birrell snarled that “racist” policemen should be “rooted out”, “prosecuted” and “lose their precious pensions”.
Indeed, Mr Birrell addressed his subject which such furious, staring-eyed zealotry, that one suspects only fear of exposure prevented him from adding that they be transported to some gulag in a remote part of Wales, or the Scottish highlands for forced re-education and recreational rock-breaking.
Meanwhile, a young man still languishes in prison for the offence ofsending an ideologically-incorrect tweet, whilst the one-time captain of the England soccer team, John Terry awaits prosecution for allegedly calling a black footballer “black”, and Terry has already been stripped of his captaincy, showing when it comes to “racism”, an accusation alone is deemed grounds for punishment, whether guilty or not.
Elsewhere, a young mother (Emma West) is out on bail after some informer turned her in via the internet when she expressed an objection to the forced invasion of her homeland.
We are regaled with shocking accounts of racially “insensitive” words, thoughts and deeds. Nightly, earnest young reporters appear on our televisions, and usually standing outside courts, police stations or football fields reporting on some politically incorrect quip as if it were equivalent to the napalm bombing of a hospice. (Which they probably think of its equivalency.)
Across the Atlantic Ocean in America, news channels such as CNN, or “we are Treyvon” as they have probably re-branded themselves by now, have taken to reporting an almost Lewis Carroll-style alternative reality where a man’s colour and ethnicity can be changed at the will of a metanarrative (For example Hispanics and Cherokee Indians can suddenly morph into “evil” White men just to suit an agenda).
Meanwhile alleged “victims” are transformed into angelic twelve year old versions of themselves. All this parallel universe chicanery is performed in an effort to “root out” the very same legendary (White) “racists” who are being hunted down by Commissioner Hogan-Howe and Ian Birrell here (in England).
At the same time hugely popular writers and commentators such Pat Buchananor John Derbyshire, who dare to speak truths which must not be spoken, are summarily dismissed, pilloried and have their livelihoods destroyed.
Of course, we have seen this all before in other times and in other places (U.S.S.R.) where ideological offenders and “thought criminals” were subjected to show trials and highly publicised prosecutions, and then called “enemies of the state“.
Now they are held up as evil, hate-fuelled “enemies of the multicultural fantasy” which has become the obsession of the state.
Now, as then, “thought criminals” must be purged from our institutions and positions of trust, then broken, punished and forced to confess and beg a forgiveness, which is seldom, if ever granted.
Now, as then, victims are judged to be offenders and punished for the crimes committed against them.
Now, just like then, fake realities are created to act both as parables of the new (state) religion, and as truncheons, with which the state can batter its terrorised population into acquiescence.
Just as then, we are required to pay lip service to an orthodoxy which we do not agree with, which frightens us, and which we know to be flawed, and only dare speak our true thoughts to our most trusted friends in hushed tones and in private.
As happened then, abject failures held together only by state terrorism are presented by an obedient and craven state media as glorious “successes”, which fool only those who wish to be fooled, but which few, if any, dare challenge.
What we are seeing, in effect is the Sovietisation of the West.
The Sovietisation of the United Kingdom was the subject with Dr Frank Ellis, then a lecturer at Leeds University, before the university attempted, but failed to purge him for expressing his disobedient views addressed in 2001 following the release of that most Stalinist and Orwellian of documents, The Macpherson report into the murder of Stephen Lawrence.
In his outstanding analysis of the report, Frank Ellis exposed the agenda driven fanaticism and false reality which influenced the Macpherson inquiry and its recommendations. and detailed how its purported attempts to combat racism, were in reality an outright, and so far, successful attack on the existing British society, its native people and our culture.
As Frank Ellis says:
“The near unanimous acceptance of its [the report's] assumptions and conclusions by the Labour government represents a major victory for those who are striving to undermine long-established British institutions and accomplish the final destruction of the United Kingdom “
When explaining the process of Sovietisation, of which the Macpherson report is part, Dr Ellis describes the fate of the Kulaks, the middle-class Russian peasants who Stalin sought to exterminate, and who, as a result, died in their millions.
On reading this, I then suggested that we, the White race, were being set up as the Kulaks of the 21st Century, and Frank told me that Jared Taylor of American Renaissance had also reached that exact same conclusion.

A BLACK murder victim’s family received 18 years of an unremitting police investigation into their son’s murder because the killers were presumed to be White.
Millions of media words were readily made available to the British public in reporting the Stephen Lawrence case since his 1993 stabbing death.
Mainstream media has essentially made a martyr out of the Black victim in this case, while White British murder victims killed by Black and Asian minorities are deemed not worthy of wide publicity.
Violent crimes, including murders instigated by racial minorities towards Whites are simply not given enough national exposure, but they may receive 18 seconds of local coverage.
This entire Stephen Lawrence saga has not only cost police careers, but also concluded that London’s Metropolitan police force was “institutionally racist” as stated by the infamous Macpherson Report.
Long standing British Laws that stood the test of time for hundreds of years were changed when it was recommended the double jeopardy rule be abrogated in murder cases to allow a retrial upon “new and compelling evidence“. Incredibly, that became law in 2005.
A “honey pot” in the name of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust was also established for purposes of fund-raising, but no link will be provided here.
In total, the media frenzy helped propel this case to stratospheric levels of publicity and cost taxpayers tens of millions of British pounds over the years.
The Stephen Lawrence case is so well-known that his name has become a British household word since those early days in 1993, and whose body was transported and buried in Jamaica!
Whether it’s worn by a police officer, hockey player, usher, or soldier, surely the ostensible reason for donning a uniform is to have, well…. uniformity!?
But things are changing in regard to uniforms at that ever-sensitive “service” formerly known as the Toronto police force.
Indeed, the police have announced they’re going to accommodate Muslim policewomen who want to wear the hijab on duty.
Some might hail such a move as another shining example of “reasonable accommodation”. Others, count me among them — look upon this directive as another assault against our Canadian traditions.
Yet again, another public institution appears to be bowing to the tyranny of political correctness — bending over backwards to accommodate certain individuals, some of whom are quite unaccommodating of western values.
The question arises: What’s driving this directive? Why is it important for the police to have hijab-wearing policewomen in the first place?

Contrary to widespread popular belief, the Qur’an does not mandate Muslim women to wear the hijab.
In this regard, the apparel accommodation isn’t the same as allowing a Sikh to wear a turban.
(I’d also argue there’s an historical reason for permitting Sikhs to wear turbans, given that Sikh military brigades have long been an integral part of the British Empire.) (ELN editor disagrees)
If anything, the hijab is a political statement and a symbol of fundamentalism.
In some cases, a woman wearing such a headscarf is being pressured by her family to do so (case in point, the dearly departed Aqsa Parvez.)
Either way, seeing such a garment as part of a police uniform is odd. Imagine if a citizen was to call the cops regarding a suspected “honour” killing in the neighbourhood and the policewoman who responds is decked out in a hijab? Would this not be unsettling?
Also, the police have surely put themselves in a sticky situation regarding haberdashery accommodation.
For example, if a female police officer demands that she be allowed to wear a niqab or a burqa, how could such a request possibly be denied, given the precedent that’s been set with the hijab?
Indeed, just how far do we take “reasonable accommodation” in the police department?
Do Muslim police officers reserve the right not to work with the Canine Unit, given that many Muslims consider dogs “unclean”?
Will ham sandwiches be banned from police stations due to dietary restrictions?
As well, is there not a profound double-standard at play here?
For example, here’s a scenario I’d find most amusing to observe: Imagine “Constable Duncan MacDonald,” who is of Scottish heritage, waltzes into the station tomorrow decked out in a ceremonial kilt, complete with sporran. How many nanoseconds would tick by before P.C. MacDonald is hauled before a supervisor and sternly disciplined?
Something is indeed rotten these days when it comes to sensitivity issues.
Consider the plight of Tarek Fatah. This moderate Muslim author has been subjected to written death threats from radical Muslims, yet the police have decided not to lay charges.
And, full disclosure:Last summer at Toronto’s Yonge Dundas Square, your correspondent was punched in the face by a hijab-wearing woman who objected to me taking pictures. Even though the assault was photographed and eye-witnessed… police declined to lay charges.
“I assume you have all your own teeth, the only essential requirement we ask of prospective British policemen these days? You do? Excellent, excellent, sign here, here and here. A thumbprint? Of course dear boy, a thumbprint is fine! And welcome to Britain… Constable Kaunda!”

It really is true that St Vincent (Caribbean Island nation) has exacting requirements for its police recruits… and it really is true that the British police require next to nothing.
And the reason for this is staggeringly ironic — Britain has drastically lowered its police entry requirements, even to the point of overlooking criminal records, in order to recruit a higher proportion of ethnic minorities. The British police now recruit immigrants who are not even British citizens, provided they have indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
We do check whether a newly arrived immigrant from Somalia or the Sudan has a criminal record relating to rape, murder or genocide, but the reality is we have absolutely no idea as to the true identity of the man in question.
With our home-grown ethnic minorities, it is important that certain criminal records are overlooked because despite making up only a purported 10% of Britain’s population, they punch well above their proportional weight when it comes to criminality, thus ensuring their admittance as 25-30% (pdf) of the prison population, whilst a full 77% of young BLACK males have been arrested for suspected criminal offences and entered into the police database.
The irony of course is that the St Vincent Police Force, with all its stringent character requirements, recruits only nationals from St Vincent, who are, quite naturally… Black.

There was a time when the British police entry standards were as high as those of St Vincent. There was a minimum height requirement, 5 “O”-educational levels were needed, criminal records were not overlooked and physical fitness was a pre-requisite. But multiculturalism and socialism have turned the traditional and decent Britain of the recent past, on its head.
A quick glance at the Metropolitan Police Authority recruitment targets for 2009-10 reveals the liberal insanity that has taken over this now pitiful Island nation. A full 27% of all new police recruits MUST be “Black and minority ethnic” (B.M.E.)…. and 41% must be female.
West Midlands Police Authority has seized upon such directives with glee. What would once have been called racial and sexual discrimination against White males is now called Positive Action, which is why the police are able to recruit Black and ethnic minorities in far higher percentage terms than their population warrants.
White males will account for a mere 30% of new Metropolitan Police recruits over the next three years, but unfortunately for the powers that be, it is still White males who overwhelmingly apply to join.

The result is that they are simply turned away, and the reason given, with no hint of hypocrisy or shame, is because they are White. In 2006, two thirds of White males were turned down for interview by Gloucester Police, whilst every single ethnic minority and female was accepted (for interview).
Looking at the police recruitment site today is profoundly depressing.
The fact that no academic qualifications are needed becomes apparent when we are told that 60% of applicants fail at the first hurdle. Such large numbers suggest perhaps that the applicants were unable to translate Homer’s Iliad into modern Greek, but this, alas, is not quite the case. The 60% of aspiring plods weeded out at stage one are discarded because they lack the ability… to fill out the application form correctly!
Should you manage to gouge out your name, address, and conviction date correctly, you may be asked to progress to the next level, where your physical fitness will be evaluated. Gone are the days of running a mile in seven minutes and doing 50 push-ups. Today you need only be “reasonably fit and able to run short distances fairly quickly.” I assume this requirement is more geared toward escape than pursuit.
The next stage is whether or not you can actually speak the language of the people you wish to police. The only requirement here is that you have mastered enough English to “Write short reports and potentially give evidence in court.”
The London Metropolitan Police do not beat around the bush in terms of identifying potential recruits. They are not looking for burly yeomen who can face up to crowds of baying, drunken youths on Saturday nights, but people who display the correct political attitudes. Providing one is aged between 18 and 57 — yes, you read 57 yrs. old correctly — then the Met Police’s number one priority in personal qualities is Respect For Diversity.
This perverse pandering to ethnic minorities does not just stop there; it continues out into the streets where ethnic criminals are given the old softly-softly approach. Stop and Search is one of those thorny ethnic issues which so excite the liberal/left, who think it “racist” to disproportionately stop young Black males in order to frisk them for knives. Black parents, on the other hand, are all in favour of it, not wishing their sons to be stabbed to death in the epidemic of knife crime UK that is overwhelmingly Black on Black.
The police have an intriguing way to get around this. They simply stop White youths — in the full knowledge they are innocent — to provide a racial balance.
They also take instruction from young “streetwise” ethnic gang members, who despite a history of carrying weapons and assaulting police officers, tell the self-same police what street slang and behaviour they should adopt in order to be as inoffensive as possible whilst searching them for weapons they use to kill one another with. The police do this in order to “command respect.”
But Blacks do not sit at the top of the grievance tree in Britain. For such an elevated position at the peak of the racial/religious ziggurat, we must turn to Islam. It is proposed that British police officers should learn about Sharia law and the Koran, in order to better police the Islamic community.
Only because it is incumbent upon the police to further the relationship with those who wish to blow us up, and take our country over. Particularly with regard to “moderate Muslims” who have such a “hard time” living in democratic Britain, they are apparently forced to think of the police as their enemy.

Members of a police force who could not swim would have been unthinkable a few years ago, but not so today, where it is easier to drop the swimming requirement from police training rather than appear discriminatory toward swathed sinkers.
As always though, there are consequences to such liberal perversities — witness the death by drowning of ten-year-old Jordan Lyon in 2007, whilst a police community support officer (PCSO)observed from the banksof the pond as he/she consulted their health and safety pamphlet, whilst a colleague ran to summon help. Another consequence unforeseen only by the liberal/leftists, is not just the sheer uselessness of people recruited from the bottom of the barrel, but also their slightly less than honest attitudes. In 2006, the Guardian reported on an internal London Metropolitan Police report which found complaints of corruption aimed at “Asian” officers to be ten times (10x) higher than complaints against their White colleagues.
Amongst the PCSOs, who were introduced to tackle anti-social crime whilst bolstering the recruitment rates of Blacks, Muslims, women and the transgendered…… gross misconduct cases account for 50% all cases within the forces, despite their making up only 20% of the recruits. They are employed ONLY to make up ethnic and minority numbers. In terms of crime fighting, they solve only one crime every four years and issue fines for anti-social behaviour at the rate of 1.5 per year.
And while the British police self-destruct in order to prove their non-racist credentials, their entire institution is still awash with cries of “racism” and “prejudice.”
Take the case of Assistant Chief ConstableAnil Patani, for example. When he was overlooked for promotion back in his sergeant days, he sued for racial discrimination. When he was promoted later in his career, he sued again, this time because he had been over-promoted because of his race, and was thus viewed with some bitterness by his colleagues who of course no longer liked him, indeed hated him.
Anil Patani’s finest moment came when he tried to prosecute Channel Four (T.V.) for inciting racial hatred by daring to produce and broadcast the “Undercover Mosques” programme.
Commander Ali Dizaei was once destined for the very top. Today, he is suspended under an impending charge of Perverting the Course of Justice. Dizaei’s whole career has been built around race.
He was President of the National Black Police Association, and race-advisor to the Home Secretary (does not race-advisor to Adolf Hitler sound more appropriate?) before his life became embroiled around corruption charges.
In 2008 Britain’s most senior Muslim officer, Assistant CommissionerTarique Ghaffur, sued his boss and Britain’s most senior police officer, Commissioner Ian Blair, over racism charges. Ghaffur was paid out and Sir Ian Blair resigned shortly afterwards. In the fallout that followed, the National Black Police Association (is there a White Police Association??) took out full page adverts in newspapers, asking that ethnic minorities cease applying to join the police.
The result of such insanity is that the police now manage a mere 6 hours a week actually out on their beat. They have effectively withdrawn from the streets, which have been taken over by lawless feral youths.

The tragic case of Fiona Pilkington is the saddest story I have read in many years.
A slightly backward mother, with variously backward children, poor Mrs Pilkington lacked the financial resources to live where liberal progressives live, and so was forced to share her life with the welfare-benefit classes whose morality has been destroyed by years of liberal progressive destruction.
Stones and bricks were thrown through her windows, and fireworks pushed through her letter box. Her young son was locked in a garden shed and threatened at knife-point while her daughter was subjected to verbal and physical abuse.
Poor, tormented, mentally tortured Fiona Pilkington called the Leicestershire Police 33 times over a ten-year period, but they never helped her. Not once.
Eventually she bundled her daughter and herself into her own vandalised family car, set fire to it, and departed to a place where one can only hope her tacit murderers will never gain admission, via its pearly gates.

Contrast this with another story published the same week. 71-year-old, disabled, German-born pensioner Renate Bowling was arrested, thrown into the back of a police van and prosecuted for assault. Why?
Because she had prodded a 17-year-old youth in the chest after he and his gang had thrown stones at her windows. When she caught him hiding behind a wall he called her a “f***ing German”, which one would have thought constituted a racial offence, and certainly would if Germans were not quite so annoyingly White and Aryan. The culprit was not arrested, of course.
Or what about the pensioner arrested for shouting at yobs who were stoning ducks on a canal…. or the retired military police officer who has erected an electrified fence around his home after police ignored his 999 calls as paving slabs were hurled into his garden….. or the woman advised by the police not to call them again as it would only escalate the problem despite the fact she had been punched to the floor of her own home by a gang of (ethnic?) youths?
And on and on and on.
It is unusual to get to the end of one day, let alone an entire week, without reading reports of women being assaulted, men being beaten to death by packs of liberally educated “youths”,…..and then innocents of the wrong race (White), religion or class being arrested by the police on matters of utter inconsequence.

The reason for the decline of the British copper is very simple. Britain’s socialist government has converted — under the cover of multicultural compassion — what was once the Great British Police Force into one that is useless when it comes to protecting law abiding tax-payers, but highly efficient as the virtual paramilitary wing of a political movement which has ordained indigenous White and middle-class citizens to be the enemies of the socialist state.
If you think that such a statement is paranoid, ask yourself why the police will not get involved in cases such as Fiona Pilkington’s, but speed to cases on full blues and twos when a religious, racial, gender, or class crime has been committed.

Why do the police only seem to take the type of crime seriously that the socialist government promotes as serious, and why so many of the Chief Constables (all of whom owe their positions to a slavish devotion to the Labour Party) have degrees in criminology and sociology which promote criminals as “victims” of social injustice.

The following (real life) video below captures the effect of how behavior patterns of some cops seem to be molded from watching T.V. cop dramas, or by playing animated x-box video games, and then transferring those mental images into events that kill real people. .
Imagine the following scene from your own personal perspective.
You’re a casual pedestrian crossing a street intersection on a bright, sunny afternoon, carrying a wooden board and pocket knife in your hand. You’re not harassing, nor threatening other pedestrians while walking towards your destination, nor are you carrying a blood-spattered body and a six-inch open blade dripping with blood that would draw undue suspicion. You’re simply carrying a pocket knife and piece of carving wood.
Just arriving to a stop at that same intersection, in a marked police cruiser, is a 27 yr. old man with two years service on the job who was probably bored with the monotony of an uneventful day. (Remember, script writers don’t include the boring moments of police work in their television dramas which often encapsulate an entire career’s excitementwithin a one hour-time frame.)
Walking past the windshield of rookie’s cruiser, you carry your pocket knife and wooden board used for whittling, a practice often accustomed to Native Indians. You’ve created no overt provocation to arouse suspicion. In fact, you’re hardly aware of your surroundings, other than safely crossing the street intersection.
But Mr. hero cop has other plans for you. He immediately enacts his fantasy role as “gallant protector of the people” because he’s feeling rather bored and needs a little excitement “to make his day”.
Lasting only a few seconds, a dangerous mix of actions is about to ensue. Acting on adolescent impulse that lacks any common sense, plus a craving need to validate his “hero” self-image, rookie begins initiating a highly provocative procedure for such a benign incident.
Upon exiting the police vehicle, rookie swaggers towards the sidewalk while withdrawing his holstered gun. To alert your attention to turn around and face him, rookie yells out “HEY, HEY, HEY”,….. then continues with “PUT THE KNIFE DOWN, PUT THE KNIFE DOWN, PUT THE KNIFE DOWN”.
Having mere seconds to respond, your befuddled mind is trying to make sense of what is happening. You’re trying to process this threatening and hostile appearance that suddenly erupted from behind you.
Onlyfive (5) seconds (the time to read this top line) will elapse from the time the shooter first yells “PUT THE KNIFE DOWN” to the time he fires his first bullet into your body, followed by 4 more bullets in rapid succession.
You’ve now fallen on your back, mortally wounded after five bullets have violently torn into your flesh. Your blood begins painting the sidewalk as it oozes out of bullet holes and into the small cement crevices lying under your moribund body. Your final moments of life are consumed with thoughts of family and friends. A poignant moment of reflection is reserved for your last few seconds – “If I’d only crossed at another intersection”!
This unprovoked shooting actually happened on a Seattle, Washington street on August 30, 2010 and was instigated by this man, Ian Birk.

Ian Birk reportedly resigned less than six months later in February, 2011 …..but, was probably forced to quit, or be fired from his job.
Although the shooting death was ruled not justified by the Seattle Police Department’s Firearms Review Board — incredibly — Ian Birk, will not be facing murder charges.
Watch the following video and listen to the casual tone in the shooter’s voice, as if reporting a simple fender-bender between two cars. A normal human being would act with some emotion after mortally wounding another human being with 5 bullets! One bullet will disable most men, but five bullets fired in rapid succession is a deliberate intent to kill.
A closedpocket-knife was later found near the dead man’s body during the investigation. So the question is….. where was the alleged threat that justified this shooting?? Answer: There was no threat!
The victim wearing light clothing and seen mounting the sidewalk curb is about to die. (The actual shooting is not seen, but the audio is heard)
The Dayton Police Department is LOWERING its testing standards for (new) recruits.
It’s a move required by the U.S. Department of Justice after it says NOT enough African-Americans (Blacks) PASSED the exam.
Dayton is in desperate need of officers to replace dozens of retirees. The hiring process was postponed for months because the D.O.J. REJECTED the original scores provided by the Dayton Civil Service Board, which administers the test.
Under the previous requirements, candidates had to get a 66% on part one of the exam and a 72% on part two.
The D.O.J.’s newly approved scoring policy now only requires potential police officers to get a 58% and a 63%.
That’s the equivalent of an ‘F’ and a ‘D’ (on a score card).

Former FBI agents are helping local authorities train thousands of garbage collectors across the country as a nationwide internal spy force to report “suspicious activity” to police, in yet, another example of how America is turning into an East German-style informant society as the country decays from within.
Local news reports out of Albany (New York) concerning the new “Waste Watch” program, wherein garbage collectors are trained by former FBI agents to look for suspicious activity, were replete with nodding drones expressing how delighted they were that they were being spied on by their fellow Americans.
Your local trash man will “help prevent crime” by “reporting anything suspicious they observe along the route,” reports Fox News 23.
Although the program is camouflaged in civic-minded virtues of reporting crashes, fires or emergencies, it also includes “anything out of ordinary,” as well as “suspicious situations,” which, given the fact that the Department of Defense now considers any form of protest to be a suspicious sign of “low-level terrorism,” could amount to almost anything.
Waste Watch is already active in 100 communities across the country. Given the fact, that the Albany program alone, has trained a hundred employees to watch for suspicious activity, the total figure of informants could already number at least 10,000 nationwide.
The program bears similarities to the “Highway Watch” initiative, which before it lost government funding, used ex-CIA and FBI agents to train bus drivers, truckers and van operators to become “terrorist hunters” .
The Highway Watch website now states that the program has been superseded by “another trucking security program” run by Homeland Security, and encourages truckers to call the TSA National Operations Center if they want to “report a suspicious security event”.
It also harks back to Operation TIPS, a program which encouraged people who had access to Americans’ homes, such as cable installers and telephone repair workers, to report back to the authorities if they saw anything deemed “suspicious”. >continued HERE.
