London Police “Institutionally Racist”

In one of the more outrageous recent cases of the “pot calling the kettle black”, the blacks-only Metropolitan Black Police Association (BPA) has again … accused the Metropolitan Police of London, England, of being “institutionally racist.”

This cry of “institutional racism” is nothing else but NON-whites decrying the fact that they tend to be stopped, searched and arrested more often than Whites. The reason for this is, of course, because as a statistical average, NON-whites commit more crime than Whites.

However, rather than admit this obvious fact, NON-white organisations such as the “Metropolitan Black Police Association” and White liberals, will prefer instead … to blame White people. This tactic is used the world over to excuse high NON-white crime rates (in White countries), or even failure to perform properly at any level in western society.

[What’s the percentage (%) of WHITE PEOPLE on Earth?  ANSWER.]

The irony of a blacks-only organisation calling another body “institutionally racist” is also lost on these people, who genuinely think that only they have the right to organise along racial grounds. If any London police officials had to set up a “Metropolitan White Police Association” they would be drummed out of the force as “racist.”

According to the black police organisation, “Institutional racism is not about labelling individuals racists, but rather police practice and procedures that bring about disproportionate outcomes for black and minority ethnic communities and police personnel.”

In other words, black members of the force don’t do as well in the tests and courses set out to achieve promotion within the police—and therefore Whites are to blame.

In addition, the BPA has blamed the (White) police for not recruiting enough NON-whites, implying that it is once again White peoples’ fault that blacks, Pakistanis, Chinese and the huge mixture of races in London, shy away from joining law enforcement.

According to the BPA, the “2011 census indicated that over 40% of Londoners were from BME backgrounds, whilst only 10% of MPS police officers were from BME communities.” (Note: Typically, they have their figures wrong. The latest UK census showed that 54% of Londoners were from ‘Black and Minority Ethnic’ –BME—communities).

“These officers disproportionately hug the lower ranks, face significantly slower rates of career progression and are over-represented in disciplinary actions, in comparison to their White counterparts,” the BPA continued.

Note once again, the “blame whitey” phenomenon. Because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses, and are thus “over-represented in disciplinary action,” it is White peoples’ fault—not that of the offending officers.

This situation, the BPA claims is “unsustainable, as it severely impacts on police legitimacy and more importantly erodes trust and confidence in BME communities.”

The logic is breath-taking, and possibly only the arrogance exceeds its stupidity. The BPA is saying that because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses than White officers, and do poorly on internal promotional exams, the rest of the NON-white community blames White people for “racism” and therefore does not trust them.

The madness goes on: Superintendent Leroy Logan, chair of the Met BPA (Metropolitan Black Police Association) charitable trust, said … before the (Police) force could consider itself free of “institutional racism“, it must tackle the continuing disproportions in the treatment of minority Londoners.

“The real litmus test is still the vexed issue of stop and search and its disproportionality in black and minority ethnic (BME) communities, because so many people perceive that the police are involved in racial profiling?”

A recent review of “stop-and-search policing” in London found that black “youths” are up to six times more likely to be stopped than Whites, and that in “authorised localised stops” under section 60 of the 1994 Public Order Act, NON-whites are 28 times more likely to be stopped.

The word “racism” is a weapon which works on an emotional level to keep the peoples of the world focused on an illusion. Until the last century, the word “racism” didn’t even exist. The word has become another tool of our oppressors, but what does it really mean?

To the non-thinking liberal, the word “racism” provokes feelings of anger at perceived oppression, resulting due to skin colour. This, of course, is exactly what the International Enemy wishes to convey. The powers-that-be have so crafted their politically-correct words of warfare, that the brain-washed liberals who populate much of the West, have come to believe that only NON-Europeans (“NON-whites”) can be oppressed — and thus — that Europeans can be the only people capable of mistreating others due to racial identity. This — like all aspects of “Political Correctness” — is absolute nonsense.

When liberals use the word “racism”, they unconsciously think of hostile actions founded on a belief in “racial supremacy”.

They conjure up, in their own minds, images of hooded (White) Europeans in the USA wearing the robes of the Ku Klux Klan, burning crosses and lynching Africans. This imagery leads to anger, and is focused entirely upon any Europeans who dare question the “wisdom” of multiculturalism. Leftists don’t even consider the fact that many non-Europeans also have no desire to see their people destroyed in the multi-culti ‘melting pot.’

For liberals, the plight of the people of Tibet is a tragedy. Indeed it is.

However, the people who chant “Free Tibet“, and who campaign to have the Chinese withdraw from that occupied nation, recoil in horror at the suggestion that all colonisation should be ended wherever it occurs. The occupied territories in Europe are of absolutely no interest to the wilfully blind liberal bigots, who can only perceive tyranny when the victims have non-White skin.

If Tibet was a European land, the liberals would be shrieking hatred for the indigenous population who wish to hold on to their identity. Those who rejoiced at the end of the British Empire in India idolise those who fought to make the British quit India and restore that land to its people; but they would happily lynch those who argue that the colonists from Pakistan who have swamped many English cities should quit Europe!

People used to say that South Africa was 20 years behind the rest of the Western world. Television, for example, came late to South Africa (but so did pornography and the gay rights movement).

Today, however, South Africa may be the grim model of the future Western world, for events in America reveal trends chillingly similar to those that destroyed our country.

America’s structures are Western. Your Congress, your lobbying groups, your free speech, and the way ordinary Americans either get involved or ignore politics are peculiarly Western, not the way most of the world operates. But the fact that only about a third of Americans deem it important to vote is horrifying in light of how close you are to losing your Western character.

Writing letters to the press, manning stands at county fairs, hosting fund-raising dinners, attending rallies, setting up conferences, writing your Congressman – that is what you know, and what you are comfortable with. Those are the political methods you’ve created for yourselves to keep your country on track and to ensure political accountability.

But woe to you if – or more likely, when – the rules change. White Americans may soon find themselves unable or unwilling to stand up to challenge the new political methods that will be the inevitable result of the ethnic (racial) metamorphosis now taking place in America. Unable to cope with the new rules of the game – violence, mob riots, intimidation through accusations of racism, demands for proportionality based on racial numbers, and all the other social and political weapons used by the “have-nots” to bludgeon treasure and power from the “haves“.  Americans, like others before them, will no doubt cave in. They will compromise away their independence and ultimately their way of life.

That is exactly what happened in South Africa. I know because I was there, and I saw it happen.

Faced with revolution in the streets, strikes, civil unrest and the sheer terror and murder practiced by Nelson Mandela’s African National Congress (ANC), the white government simply capitulated in order to achieve “peace.”

Westerners need peace. They need order and stability. They are builders and planners. But what we got was the “peace of the grave” for our society.

The Third World is different – different peoples with different pasts and different cultures. Yet Westerners continue to mistake the psychology of the Third World and its peoples. Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe are perfect examples of those mistakes. Sierra Leone is in perpetual civil war, and Zimbabwe – once the thriving, stable Rhodesia – is looting the very people (white men) who feed the country. Yet Westerners do not admit that the same kind of savagery could come to America when enough immigrants of the right type assert themselves. The fact is, Americans are sitting ducks for Third World exploitation of the Western conscience of compassion.

Those in the West who forced South Africa to surrender to the ANC and its leaders did not consider Africa to be the dangerous, corrupt, and savage place it is now in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Those Western politicians now have a similar problem looming on their own doorsteps: the demand for power and treasure from the NON-western peoples inside the realm.

It is already too late for South Africa, but not for America if enough people strengthen their spine and take on the race terrorists, the armies of the “politically correct” and, most dangerous of all, the craven politicians who believe “compassionate conservatism” will buy them a few more votes, a few more days of peace.

White South Africans, you should remember, have been in that part of Africa for the same amount of time whites have inhabited North America; yet ultimately South Africans voted for their own suicide. We are not so very different from you.

We lost our country through skillful propaganda, pressure from abroad (not least from the U.S.A.), unrelenting charges of “oppression” and “racism,” and the shrewd assessment by African tyrants that the white man has many Achilles’ heels, the most significant of which are his compassion, his belief in the “equality of man,” and his “love your neighbor” philosophy – none of which are part of the Third World’s history.

The mainline churches played a big role in the demise of Western influence throughout Africa, too; especially in South Africa. Today’s tyrants were yesterday’s mission-school proteges. Many dictators in Africa were men of the cloth. They knew their clerical collars would deflect criticism and obfuscate their real aims, which had nothing whatever to do with the “brotherhood of man.”

Other tyrants, like the infamous Idi Amin, were trained and schooled by the whites themselves, at Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. After receiving the best from the West, they unleashed a resentful bloodlust against their benefactors.

From what I have seen and read thus far, I fear Americans will capitulate just as we did. Americans are, generally, a soft lot. They don’t want to quarrel or obstruct the claims of those who believe they were wronged. They like peace and quiet, and they want to compromise and be nice.

A television program that aired in South Africa showed a town meeting somewhere in Southern California where people met to complain about falling standards in the schools. Whites who politely spoke at the meeting clearly resented the influx of Mexican immigrants into their community. When a handful of Chicanos at the back of the hall shouted and waved their hands at them, the Whites simply shrunk back into their seats, rather than tell the noisemakers to shut up. They didn’t want to quarrel.

In America, the courts are still the final arbiters of society’s laws. But what will happen when your future majority refuses to abide by court rulings – as in Zimbabwe. What will happen when the new majority says the judges are “racists”, and that they refuse to acknowledge “white man’s justice“? What will happen when the courts are filled with their people, or their sympathizers? In California, Proposition 187 has already been overturned.

What will you do when the future non-white majority decides to change the names of streets and cities? What will you do when they no longer want to use money that carries the portraits of old, dead White “racists” and slave owners? Will you cave in, like you did on flying the Confederate flag? What about the national anthem? Your official language?

Employable, but destitute White South Africans DENIED jobs or welfare payments and forced to beg on the city streets of Pretoria, SA. Is this America’s dismal future forecast?

In another generation, America may well face what Africa is now experiencing – invasions of private land by the “have-nots;” the decline in health care quality; roads and buildings in disrepair; the banishment of your history from the education of the young; the revolutionization of your justice system.

In South Africa today, only 9% of murderers end up in jail. Court dockets are regularly purchased and simply made to disappear. Magistrates can be bribed, as can the prison authorities… making (prison) escapes commonplace. Vehicle and airplane licenses are regularly purchased, and forged school and university certificates are routine.

What would you think of the ritual slaughter of animals in your neighbor’s backyard? How do you clean up the blood and entrails that litter your suburban streets? How do you feel about the practice of witchcraft, in which the parts of young girls and boys are needed for “medicinal” purposes? How do you react to the burning of witches?

Don’t laugh. All that is quite common in South Africa today.

Don’t imagine that government officials caught with their fingers in the till will be punished. Excuses – like the need to overcome generations of white racism – will be found to exonerate the guilty.

In fact, known criminals will be voted into office because of a racial solidarity among the majority that doesn’t exist among the whites. When Ian Smith of the old Rhodesia tried to stand up to the world, white South African politicians were among the Westerners pressuring him to surrender.

When Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe (formerly white-ruled Rhodesia) murders his political opponents — ignores unfavorable court decisions — terrorizes the population and siphons off millions from the state treasury for himself and his friends, South Africa’s new President Thabo Mbeki holds his hand and declares his support. That just happened a few weeks ago.

Your tax dollars will go to those who don’t earn and don’t pay. In South Africa, organizations that used to have access to state funds such as old age homes, the arts, and veterans’ services, are simply abandoned.

What will happen is that Western structures in America will be either destroyed from without, or transformed from within, used to suit the goals of the new rulers. And they will reign either through terror, as in Zimbabwe today, or exert other corrupt pressures to obtain, or buy votes. Once power is in the hands of aliens, don’t expect loyalty or devotion to principle from those whose jobs are at stake. One of the most surprising and tragic components of the disaster in South Africa is how many previously anti-ANC whites simply moved to the other side.

Once you lose social, cultural, and political dominance, there is no getting it back again.

Unfortunately, your habits and values work against you. You cannot fight terror and street mobs with letters to your Congressmen. You cannot fight accusations of racism with prayer meetings. You cannot appeal to the goodness of your fellow man when the fellow man despises you for your weaknesses and hacks off the arms and legs of his political opponents.

To survive, Americans must never lose the power they now enjoy to people from alien cultures. Above all, don’t put yourselves to the test of fighting only when your backs are against the wall. You will probably fail.

Millions around the world want your good life. But make no mistake: They care not for the high-minded ideals of Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, and your Constitution. What they want are your posessions, your power, and your status.

And they already know that their allies among you, the “human rights activists,” the skillful lawyers and the left-wing politicians will fight for them, and not for you. They will exploit your compassion and your Christian charity, and your good will.

They have studied you, Mr. and Mrs. America, and they know your weaknesses well.

They know what to do.

If you were to ask any government or other institution comprised of the ANTI-white establishment what

their racial policy is, they’ll likely respond with: we’re “colorblind” or race neutral, we don’t make distinction between races, or we have no racial policy.  The implication being that Race is unimportant. Many people just accept what they SAY at face value… without actually seeing what they DO.

In practice, the racial policy of the anti-White establishment is GENOCIDE against our White race. By examining real-world events (non-White immigration, miscegenation, integration, assimilation into White countries only), it’s all geared to the destruction of our race. It is a genocidal racial policy that is hostile to the continued existence of our race.  It is the furthest possible intent away from the “Well golly gee, I just don’t really pay that much attention to this ‘race’ thing” attitude.

Imagine an establishment hostile to the NATURAL environment. Everything they did was harmful to the environment. They engaged in acts of pollution, deforestation, elimination of animals species, etc. with absolute zeal and determination to destroy the NATURAL world.

Of course, they’d never called it a program of “environmental destruction“. Instead, they used terms like “post-natural” and claimed they were engaging in a program of “anti-naturism” and attaching a negative connotation such as “naturism” towards the harshness of the natural world… poisonous plants, violent predators, sunburns, etc. They’d claim anyone opposed to their program of environmental destruction is an evil “naturist” (racist) who wanted people to get attacked by animals, sunburnt, and step on poison ivy.

Asking what their environmental policy was, they’d respond by saying they “didn’t make distinctions” between the natural and man-made world, and they had no environmental policy. They didn’t hate nature, they just didn’t think it was superior to artificial environments. Most people took them at their word and didn’t realize what was actually occurring was the actual total destruction of the natural world. When reminded of this environmental destruction, some people cheered for the end of “naturism”, the animal attacks, poison ivy rashes, and accuse you as an evil “naturist” for being opposed to it. They said anyone concerned about environmental destruction was a “nature supremacist”, and desired to burn people’s houses down because they weren’t part of nature.

Of course, this is the exact predicament White people are in today. Instead of nature being destroyed… it is our White race. We are facing an establishment that claims to be “race neutral” while at the same time committing itself to the genocide of our race. So what is the first step for us?

Just like the first step for someone concerned over the destruction of nature — is to demand the right to speak out about nature. So the first step of those concerned about the destruction of our race is to demand the RIGHT to speak about race… something we are currently denied.

The next step for those concerned about the destruction of nature would be to point out their rhetoric of NOT “making distinctions” between natural and artificial environments, and their need to protect houses from being burnt down by crazy “nature supremacists”. It’s their cover program for the destruction of the natural environment.

Likewise, the next step is to point out their hypocrisy of not making distinctions between different races, while at the same time wishing to protect NON-whites from evil “White supremacists”. That is a cover program of genocide against our race.  >source - http://www.whitakeronline.org/blog/

police assures us, that “racists” will be “driven out of the police” whilst revealing that 10 officers are currently under investigation of suspicion of the most “heinous” thought crime of our age.

Last week, writing in the London Evening Standard, former deputy editor of the Independent and sometime speech writer for Prime Minister David Cameron, Ian Birrell snarled that “racist” policemen should be “rooted out”, “prosecuted” and “lose their precious pensions”.

Indeed, Mr Birrell addressed his subject which such furious, staring-eyed zealotry, that one suspects only fear of exposure prevented him from adding that they be transported to some gulag in a remote part of Wales, or the Scottish highlands for forced re-education and recreational rock-breaking.

Meanwhile, a young man still languishes in prison for the offence ofsending an ideologically-incorrect tweet, whilst the one-time captain of the England soccer team, John Terry awaits prosecution for allegedly calling a black footballer “black”, and Terry has already been stripped of his captaincy, showing when it comes to “racism”, an accusation alone is deemed grounds for punishment, whether guilty or not.

Elsewhere, a young mother (Emma West) is out on bail after some informer turned her in via the internet when she expressed an objection to the forced invasion of her homeland.

We are regaled with shocking accounts of racially “insensitive” words, thoughts and deeds. Nightly, earnest young reporters appear on our televisions, and usually standing outside courts, police stations or football fields reporting on some politically incorrect quip as if it were equivalent to the napalm bombing of a hospice.   (Which they probably think of its equivalency.)

Across the Atlantic Ocean in America, news channels such as CNN, or “we are Treyvon” as they have probably re-branded themselves by now, have taken to reporting an almost Lewis Carroll-style alternative reality where a man’s colour and ethnicity can be changed at the will of a metanarrative (For example Hispanics and Cherokee Indians can suddenly morph into “evil” White men just to suit an agenda).

Meanwhile alleged “victims” are transformed into angelic twelve year old versions of themselves. All this parallel universe chicanery is performed in an effort to “root out” the very same legendary (White) “racists” who are being hunted down by Commissioner Hogan-Howe and Ian Birrell here (in England).

At the same time hugely popular writers and commentators such Pat Buchananor John Derbyshire, who dare to speak truths which must not be spoken, are summarily dismissed, pilloried and have their livelihoods destroyed.

Of course, we have seen this all before in other times and in other places (U.S.S.R.) where ideological offenders and “thought criminals” were subjected to show trials and highly publicised prosecutions, and then called “enemies of the state“.

Now they are held up as evil, hate-fuelled “enemies of the multicultural fantasy” which has become the obsession of the state.

Now, as then, “thought criminals” must be purged from our institutions and positions of trust, then broken, punished and forced to confess and beg a forgiveness, which is seldom, if ever granted.

Now, as then, victims are judged to be offenders and punished for the crimes committed against them.

Now, just like then, fake realities are created to act both as parables of the new (state) religion, and as truncheons, with which the state can batter its terrorised population into acquiescence.

Just as then, we are required to pay lip service to an orthodoxy which we do not agree with, which frightens us, and which we know to be flawed, and only dare speak our true thoughts to our most trusted friends in hushed tones and in private.

As happened then, abject failures held together only by state terrorism are presented by an obedient and craven state media as glorious “successes”, which fool only those who wish to be fooled, but which few, if any, dare challenge.

What we are seeing, in effect is the Sovietisation of the West.

The Sovietisation of the United Kingdom was the subject with Dr Frank Ellis, then a lecturer at Leeds University, before the university attempted, but failed to purge him for expressing his disobedient views addressed in 2001 following the release of that most Stalinist and Orwellian of documents, The Macpherson report into the murder of Stephen Lawrence.

In his outstanding analysis of the report, Frank Ellis exposed the agenda driven fanaticism and false reality which influenced the Macpherson inquiry and its recommendations. and detailed how its purported attempts to combat racism, were in reality an outright, and so far, successful attack on the existing British society, its native people and our culture.

As Frank Ellis says:

“The near unanimous acceptance of its [the report's] assumptions and conclusions by the Labour government represents a major victory for those who are striving to undermine long-established British institutions and accomplish the final destruction of the United Kingdom “

When explaining the process of Sovietisation, of which the Macpherson report is part, Dr Ellis describes the fate of the Kulaks, the middle-class Russian peasants who Stalin sought to exterminate, and who, as a result, died in their millions.

On reading this, I then suggested that we, the White race, were being set up as the Kulaks of the 21st Century, and Frank told me that Jared Taylor of American Renaissance had also reached that exact same conclusion.

I leave it to you… to make your own assessment.

Now eleven years on, it is quite striking how relevant Frank’s analysis of the Macpherson report remains today, and how many of Frank’s predictions have come to pass.

South African Killing Fields

     Yet, ANOTHER family of 3 more farm murders to add to the list of 3,174 killings since 1994, and from which the world’s MSM (mainstream media) never seem to take an interest in reporting. Scroll to the bottom of this page to view another White South African farm family who were also slaughtered on their family farm. The killings of innocent White citizens by murdering Black racists is a regular pattern in this black-ruled country. Still, the world remains conspicuously silent! 

A Northern Cape farmer, and his wife and daughter were brutally murdered on their farm near Griekwastad on Good Friday.

Police are investigating the TRIPLE murder after the bodies of Deon Steenkamp 44 yrs. old, his wife Christelle 43 yrs. old, and their teenage daughter Marthella 14 yrs. old were all found at Naauwhoek Farm at around 18:00 on Easter Friday. The murder victims had all been shot to death.

The bodies were discovered by the couple’s 15 yr. old son Don.  Censor bugbear reports that Don found his blood-soaked 14 yr. old sister Marthella still alive, but tragically she died in his arms.  H/T Sarah, Maid of Albion
