“Useful idiot”: Former Liberal federal MP, Warren Allmand (a man who in a separate print news item http://www.mediafire.com/?dekqtahvp49cyy5, takes credit for pushing the Liberal policy of multiculturalism in Canada decades ago), is President of the World Federalist Society, Canada.

In the December 8, 2011 EMBASSY.MAG he urges:

“Canada should push for a UN parliamentary assembly”

The subnote says:

“A strengthened United Nations where all voices can be heard is imperative. But to be heard, these voices must come not only from government functionaries but also from representatives of people.”

Considering the fact that academics such as Professor John Fonte, whom I translated recently into English, points out that globalization is “post-democratic”; and also in view of LeMonde, a French EU journal online which nonchalantly declares the EU (European Union) is becoming increasingly “depoliticized”, invitations to join in global “democracy” with an elected world government, can be only spurious at best, and most certainly a trojan horse brought to you by the same people who bombed Libya, bombed Iraq, are planning to bomb Syria and Iran… all in the beneficent name of “democracy”.

Excerpted quote from Allmand: “We passed Medicare in 1968; we passed the official languages act making English and French official languages at the federal level, we passed the Constitution with the Charter of Rights, we introduced the POLICY of multiculturalism, we passed the Canadian Human Rights Act.”

I capitalized the word “policy” because it is a basic feature of our constitutional law that no political party and no government has any power to implement POLICIES contrary to the Constitution.

Canada was intended to, and still remains a LEGALLY quasi-legislative federation.

That means we have ONE political nation under the central Parliament and a federation of Provincial Legislatures. The purpose of the Constitution of 1867 was to provide a permanent LOCAL Legislature for the benefit and preservation of the founding colonies, who considered themselves each quite distinct and entitled to conduct their own local affairs according to their own views and sentiments without interference.

Multiculturalism is a very different system. It is a blatant attack upon the founding peoples of Canada and their right to exist under the constitutional protection of legal federalism. Multiculturalism is clearly an unconstitutional interference: the whole concept of “accommodation” proves this.

The founding peoples are now under a dictatorship which nags and requires them to alter their views and sentiments through so-called “reasonable accommodation”, although there is nothing “reasonable” in being told by (foreign) outsiders to alter who you are, how you live, and what your views should be in order to suit them… and only them.

I think I could fairly say that multiculturalism is the re-colonization of Canada for purposes not envisioned by the Founders. It is certainly not capable of being legally added to the Constitution, as it is in direct opposition to it.

While the battle over providing illegal aliens with driver’s licenses rages in state capitals and Washington, DC,…. North Carolina created the first “North American Union” driver’s license, complete with a hologram of the North American continent on the licenses.

The hologram is a facsimile of the map of North America that is used as the background for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America logo on the SPP website.

Marge Howell, spokeswoman for the North Carolina DMV, told the press that the state was embedding a hologram of North America on the back of their new driver’s licenses. “It’s a security element that eventually will be on the back of every driver’s license in North America,” Howell said.

Howell explained the hologram of the North American continent was the creation of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization that, according to the group’s website, “develops model programs in motor vehicle administration, law enforcement and highway safety.”

Founded in 1933, AAMVA represents state and provincial officials in the United States and Canada who administer and enforce motor vehicle laws. The government of Mexico is also a member, though the individual Mexican states have yet to join.

According to the group’s website, AAMVA’s programs are designed “to encourage uniformity and reciprocity among the states and provinces.”

“The goal is of the North American hologram,” Howell explained, “is to get one common element that law enforcement throughout the continent can look at on all driver’s licenses and tell that the driver’s license is an official document.”

Jason King, spokesman for AAMVA, affirmed the North American hologram was created by AAMVA’s Uniform Identification Subcommittee, a working group of AAMVA members.

He explained the goal is to create a continental security device that could be used by state and provincial motor vehicles agencies throughout North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. >>Read More

In July 2005, Phyllis Schlafly exposed the plans to integrate our (U.S.) republic with Canada and Mexico, although there were spotty articles here and there over the years about this treason (list of them at bottom of my column here).

Dr. Jerome Corsi has also spent the past couple of years exposing this insidious grand plan to finally do away with our borders all in the name of global trade.

This issue is a major battle ground, although tens of millions of Americans have no idea what it’s about thanks to the compromised media and network cable channels.

I was in Los Angeles last week and driving from my little town in Texas to LA and back, not one single person I queried had ever heard of the NAU/SPP nor did they know anything about it. Not one!

This isn’t surprising, especially in the major metropolitan cities like Phoenix and LA because their newspapers are just like the NY Times and other conglomerates: instead of sounding the alarm, they churn out propaganda every day of the week. Cable networks like FAUX (FOX) News spend their time on the trials and tribulations of pop tarts like Lindsay Lohan or promoting the continuation of this immoral, unconstitutional mess in Iraq.

What is the North American Union/ Security and Prosperity Partnership really all about?

What is the NAFTA Superhighway, Texas Trans Corridor, Mexican trucks being allowed into the U.S. for the first time beginning 1 September [2007], the Kansas City ‘Smart Port’ and the ‘Ports to Plains Trade Corridor‘ really all about?

It’s about trade. It’s about $big money$. It’s about denying a free people our sovereignty, putting us under international laws and rule and destroying true freedom and liberty given to us by blood sacrifice.

I ran my ideas by Dr. Edwin Vieira this past weekend and he said to the effect: “Corporations involved are laying down a lot of scratch for concrete and road tar and they expect a return – soon.”

I also brought up to Edwin about the “stop the NAU/SPP” movement. Do people really think construction on the TTC or these superhighways and railways are just going to stop?

Already ranchers, farmers and business owners in Texas are being told they will be kicked off their land under eminent domain. Hundreds of billions of dollars are at stake here by foreign corporations and anti-American corporations based here in America who have a “lot of scratch” on the line and they aren’t just going to stop this juggernaut from steam rolling over us.

It’s going to be up to, we the people, and our state legislatures. I have made a personal commitment: I will not under any circumstances use any of these toll roads or super highways. I don’t care if I have to drive 100 miles out of my way, I will not put a penny in their Swiss bank accounts. Let their “super highways” roll Mexican tucks, but they won’t get my dollars. I’ve already sent a short note to our corrupt governor, Rick Perry, telling him just that: Perry and his buddies in Spain who bankrolled the TTC can suck rotten eggs before they will get a nickel of my money. Where there’s a will, there’s a way and I have an abundance of will power.

Some call it ‘regionalization‘, a population of which will come to be known as the “North Americanists“. Some call it North American Union, NAU for short, or the benign sounding North American Community.

Few call the coming end of the sovereignty of three nations globalization, but rarely what it really is, the persistent encroachment of One World Government.

The United Nations-like European Union now governs all of Europe. In the latest U.N. move, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has asked New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg whether some of the city’s police officers could be deployed with U.N. peacekeeping missions.” (www.Breitbart.com, April 11, 2007.)

The main architects of the North American Union, who inexorably pieced it together over decades, were quick to quell the first signs of public unease. Any Erin Brockovich piloting her way through government paperwork could always be tossed to the wolves, branded as a conspiracy theorist.

Heroes not worn down by the wall of bureaucracy are scarce and often live the life of the loner. The road of tracking down information hidden from public view gets lonely. The enthusiasm of their friends and supporters soon wanes, and doors begin to slam when the few doing the digging are mocked for seeing Communists behind every lamppost, and black helicopters hovering over their cities.

While the citizens of those cities went to work assuming there would always be a United States, a Canada and a Mexico, the unimaginable was already being orchestrated.

Politicians of decades past were even worse than anyone ever described them. Our media wrote about their political junkets and their pay hikes–and here they were signing away our very sovereignty!

But salvation is in the here and now for those willing to fight the takeover of society, as we know it by the NAU. The present is crucial because the hands on the clock continue ticking their way towards a dark and murky midnight.

A leading figure in Modern English literature, [Ezra] Pound was the editor and critic who introduced the world to James Joyce, W.B. Yeats and T.S. Eliot. During the Second World War, he was charged with treason for broadcasts on Rome Radio that questioned the motives behind America’s involvement.

Ezra Pound commissioned Eustace Mullins to examine the influence of the banking establishment on U.S. policy. Mullins spent every morning for two years in the Library of Congress and met with Pound every afternoon. The resulting manuscript, “The Secrets of the Federal Reserve” proved too hot for any American publisher to handle. Nineteen rejected it. One said, “you’ll never get this published in New York.” When it finally appeared in Germany in 1955, the U.S. Military Government confiscated all 10,000 copies and burned them.

Thanks to the American Patriot Friends Network, this book is freely available on line. (I recommend you save it on your desktop, as I did.)

Essentially it paints a picture of the world, and the role of the United States, which is radically different from the one we are given in school or in the media.

“Notwithstanding the war of independence against England,” writes Mullins, “we remained an economic and financial colony of Great Britain.” Between 1865 and 1913, he says London bankers led by the Rothschilds used agents such as J.P. Morgan and J.D. Rockefeller to gain control of American industry and organize it into cartels.

Where did these bankers get the money? For over 200 years, European bankers have been able to draw on the credit of their host countries to print it!

In the Seventeenth Century, the moneylenders and the aristocracy made a pact. If the king would make paper currency a liability of the state, the moneylenders would print as much as he liked! Thus the Banks of England, France and the Reichsbank came into being but they were all private corporations and remain so today.

According to this nefarious pact, the moneylenders got to charge interest on assets they created out of thin air. The aristocracy all took shares in the central banks plus they got to finance a burgeoning government and to wage costly wars.

This piece of chicanery is at the heart what plagues humanity.

The bankers have a vested interest in the state (i.e. the people) incurring as much debt as possible. They are behind the Marxist, socialist and liberal movements which call for big government and social spending. They are behind the catastrophic wars of the last century. The Warburgs financed the Bolshevik Revolution. The Bank of England financed the rise of Hitler. Prescott Bush (W’s grandfather) was head of Brown Brothers Harriman, which financed the construction of the Nazi war machine.

Naturally if you can create money out of thin air, your first instinct is to buy tangible assets with it. There is a powerful impulse to use debt to control nations and take over their real assets. This is the essence of the so-called Third World Debt crisis. Dedicated to owning all wealth and enslaving humanity, an irresistible vampire has been unleashed upon the world

Much of Mullins book is devoted to the subterfuge by which the United States was drawn into its lethal embrace. In 1913, the Owen-Glass Bill gave mostly foreign-controlled banks (posing as “the Federal Reserve”) the right to create currency based on the credit of the United States government and to charge it interest for doing it!

To accomplish this, the bankers had to rig the election of 1913 in order to get Woodrow Wilson elected. Then their stooges in Congress passed the legislation on December 22 after their opponents had gone home for Christmas.

“This act establishes the most gigantic trust [cartel] on earth,” Congressman Charles Lindbergh said at the time. “When the President signs this bill; the invisible government by the Monetary Power will be legalized. The people may not know it immediately but the day of reckoning is only a few years removed.”

Mullins explains that the legislation passed just in time for the American people to finance World War One. After maintaining standing armies for 50 years, European powers no longer could afford the luxury of another war. But the U.S. was relatively debt free and made the whole thing possible.

What would WWI have been without Germany? Apparently Germany was not self-sufficient in food and would have had to sit out this war. In the nick of time, the bankers organized something called “The Belgium Relief Committee” which channeled billions of dollars worth of U.S. meat and potatoes not to Belgium but to Germany. When Edith Cavell, an American working in a Belgium hospital pointed this out, British intelligence had the Germans arrest and executed her.

Mullins makes a convincing case that every U.S. President since Wilson has been a lackey of the bankers. J.F. Kennedy was assassinated because he started to print his own U.S. government-backed currency (See NOTE below). This is also the transgression that led to the murders of Presidents Abraham Lincoln and James Garfield.

The shrinking value of the dollar (click for a larger chart). Since the Federal Reserve and official U.S. currency were “liberated” from the discipline of silver and gold, the dollar has steadily lost value — and that loss has recently accelerated (Bush war and Obama inflation losses are too recent to be fully shown in this chart). This represents one of the greatest thefts in history, mostly from honest working folks who can ill afford the loss.

[NOTE: During the U.S. Civil War (from 1861-1865), President Lincoln needed money to finance the War from the North. The Bankers were going to charge him 24% to 36% interest. Lincoln was horrified and went away greatly distressed, for he was a man of principle and would not think of plunging his beloved country into a debt that the country would find impossible to pay back. Eventually President Lincoln was advised to get Congress to pass a law authorizing the printing of full legal tender Treasury notes to pay for the War effort. Lincoln recognized the great benefits of this issue. At one point, he wrote: "(we) gave the people of this Republic the greatest blessing they ever had, their own paper money to pay their debts".The Treasury notes were printed with green ink on the back, so people called them "Greenbacks".

Lincoln printed 400 million dollars worth of Greenbacks (the exact amount being $449,338,902), money that he delegated to be created, a debt-free and interest-free money to finance the War. It served as legal tender for all debts, public and private. He printed it, paid it to the soldiers, to the U.S. Civil Service employees, and bought supplies for the War.

Shortly after that happened, "The London Times" printed the following: "...if that mischievous financial policy, which had its origin in the North American Republic, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that Government will furnish its own money without cost. It will payoff debts and be without a debt. It will have all the money necessary to carry on its commerce. It will become prosperous beyond precedent and then history of the civilized governments of the world. The brains and the wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be destroyed, or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe." Of course, you all know the history of what happened next!

Mel Hurtig, the founder of the Council of Canadians reveals that the Stephen Harper‘s Government has appointed a Ministerial Team in order to “surrender” Canada to the U.S. by 2007, so that its political-military-industrial complex can fully control oil and other Canadian resources.

Alberta “Conservatives”, including at least one former Premier, are reportedly among prominent Harper Government operatives of this ultra-right wing effort. The official name for this scheme, is called “North American Union”.

Documents obtained by researchers associated with the Council of Canadians were marked “Internal Document, Not for Public Release.”

At least three current Ministers of Stephen Harper’s Conservative Party minority government are cited in the Document as “ring leaders” so-to-speak, of an unlawful and anti-constitutional effort to hand Canada to the Bush regime.

Canadian constitutional and related law is quite clear that any such effort by elected members of a government to subvert the political authority of the Government of Canada, constitutes breach of a Parliamentary Allegiance of Office…. and broadly, treason.

This is because the reportedly directed efforts of Ministers in the Stephen Harper government, to hand over Canada to the political authority of Mr. Bush, as the American Head of State, without the consent of the diverse Canadian public, can only be executed by the seditious overthrowing of the Crown, i.e. Canadian Head of State.

The leaked document clearly substantiates that Ministers of the Stephen Harper Government are sharing information with representatives of the U.S. military-industrial-complex, for the purposes of “surrendering” Canada to a U.S.-based “non-democratic authority“.

This apparent government-sponsored effort is designed to destroy the sovereign authority of Canadians as co-owners of their society, in violation of all Canadian Constitutional Acts since 1867.
