London Police “Institutionally Racist”

In one of the more outrageous recent cases of the “pot calling the kettle black”, the blacks-only Metropolitan Black Police Association (BPA) has again … accused the Metropolitan Police of London, England, of being “institutionally racist.”

This cry of “institutional racism” is nothing else but NON-whites decrying the fact that they tend to be stopped, searched and arrested more often than Whites. The reason for this is, of course, because as a statistical average, NON-whites commit more crime than Whites.

However, rather than admit this obvious fact, NON-white organisations such as the “Metropolitan Black Police Association” and White liberals, will prefer instead … to blame White people. This tactic is used the world over to excuse high NON-white crime rates (in White countries), or even failure to perform properly at any level in western society.

[What’s the percentage (%) of WHITE PEOPLE on Earth?  ANSWER.]

The irony of a blacks-only organisation calling another body “institutionally racist” is also lost on these people, who genuinely think that only they have the right to organise along racial grounds. If any London police officials had to set up a “Metropolitan White Police Association” they would be drummed out of the force as “racist.”

According to the black police organisation, “Institutional racism is not about labelling individuals racists, but rather police practice and procedures that bring about disproportionate outcomes for black and minority ethnic communities and police personnel.”

In other words, black members of the force don’t do as well in the tests and courses set out to achieve promotion within the police—and therefore Whites are to blame.

In addition, the BPA has blamed the (White) police for not recruiting enough NON-whites, implying that it is once again White peoples’ fault that blacks, Pakistanis, Chinese and the huge mixture of races in London, shy away from joining law enforcement.

According to the BPA, the “2011 census indicated that over 40% of Londoners were from BME backgrounds, whilst only 10% of MPS police officers were from BME communities.” (Note: Typically, they have their figures wrong. The latest UK census showed that 54% of Londoners were from ‘Black and Minority Ethnic’ –BME—communities).

“These officers disproportionately hug the lower ranks, face significantly slower rates of career progression and are over-represented in disciplinary actions, in comparison to their White counterparts,” the BPA continued.

Note once again, the “blame whitey” phenomenon. Because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses, and are thus “over-represented in disciplinary action,” it is White peoples’ fault—not that of the offending officers.

This situation, the BPA claims is “unsustainable, as it severely impacts on police legitimacy and more importantly erodes trust and confidence in BME communities.”

The logic is breath-taking, and possibly only the arrogance exceeds its stupidity. The BPA is saying that because NON-white police officers commit more internal offenses than White officers, and do poorly on internal promotional exams, the rest of the NON-white community blames White people for “racism” and therefore does not trust them.

The madness goes on: Superintendent Leroy Logan, chair of the Met BPA (Metropolitan Black Police Association) charitable trust, said … before the (Police) force could consider itself free of “institutional racism“, it must tackle the continuing disproportions in the treatment of minority Londoners.

“The real litmus test is still the vexed issue of stop and search and its disproportionality in black and minority ethnic (BME) communities, because so many people perceive that the police are involved in racial profiling?”

A recent review of “stop-and-search policing” in London found that black “youths” are up to six times more likely to be stopped than Whites, and that in “authorised localised stops” under section 60 of the 1994 Public Order Act, NON-whites are 28 times more likely to be stopped.

The word “racism” is a weapon which works on an emotional level to keep the peoples of the world focused on an illusion. Until the last century, the word “racism” didn’t even exist. The word has become another tool of our oppressors, but what does it really mean?

To the non-thinking liberal, the word “racism” provokes feelings of anger at perceived oppression, resulting due to skin colour. This, of course, is exactly what the International Enemy wishes to convey. The powers-that-be have so crafted their politically-correct words of warfare, that the brain-washed liberals who populate much of the West, have come to believe that only NON-Europeans (“NON-whites”) can be oppressed — and thus — that Europeans can be the only people capable of mistreating others due to racial identity. This — like all aspects of “Political Correctness” — is absolute nonsense.

When liberals use the word “racism”, they unconsciously think of hostile actions founded on a belief in “racial supremacy”.

They conjure up, in their own minds, images of hooded (White) Europeans in the USA wearing the robes of the Ku Klux Klan, burning crosses and lynching Africans. This imagery leads to anger, and is focused entirely upon any Europeans who dare question the “wisdom” of multiculturalism. Leftists don’t even consider the fact that many non-Europeans also have no desire to see their people destroyed in the multi-culti ‘melting pot.’

For liberals, the plight of the people of Tibet is a tragedy. Indeed it is.

However, the people who chant “Free Tibet“, and who campaign to have the Chinese withdraw from that occupied nation, recoil in horror at the suggestion that all colonisation should be ended wherever it occurs. The occupied territories in Europe are of absolutely no interest to the wilfully blind liberal bigots, who can only perceive tyranny when the victims have non-White skin.

If Tibet was a European land, the liberals would be shrieking hatred for the indigenous population who wish to hold on to their identity. Those who rejoiced at the end of the British Empire in India idolise those who fought to make the British quit India and restore that land to its people; but they would happily lynch those who argue that the colonists from Pakistan who have swamped many English cities should quit Europe!

Liberals have been poisoned by the ideology of the International enemy, to the point where they have become consumed by self-hatred; which, to use their own term, is nothing but ‘racism’ – racial hatred of their own kind. [ ... ]

On December 19, 2011, the United Nations quietly passed
Resolution A/66/460 on the:

“In-admissibility Of Certain Practices That Contribute To Fuelling Contemporary Forms Of Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance.”

As expected of the United Nations, the Resolution, which is presented as a tool for the “protection” of the ordinary people from injustices… is nothing more than the formalisation of internationalist practices for the abolition of natural society, culture and human self-determination.

What does the U.N. mean by “Racism”?

They mean any recognition of the innate biological difference between the extant human races.  Merely to point out that the outward physiological differences are but indicators of far more profound psychological factors… is ‘racist’.

To refer to the distinctive abilities of any one race… is “racist”.

And with the exception of the Jews, to state the blatantly obvious link of a people to the soil from which they came, is “racist”.  Perhaps the Jews are given special consideration due to the Turkic Israelis having no historical racial link whatsoever to Arab Palestine.  I think that’s what they call chutzpah.

The next scary neo-Bolshevik word of the Resolution is “Racial Discrimination“.

The U.N. declared it a criminal act to ‘discriminate‘ in favour of any race.  Actually, this isn’t strictly true, as the Khazars of Israel know.  Again the self-Chosen People are allowed to favour their own as they see fit.  As one would expect, the nation most hated by the self-Chosen (and the one routinely defamed by the inappropriately named A.D.L.), are the targets of the anti-Discrimination lobby.

Under the banner of Asia for Asians – Africa for Africans – Europe for Everyone… the true global racial minority is to be bred out of existence, and those who dare to oppose this (multi-racialism practice) by raising their children to be proud to be European… are clearly acting out of “Discrimination” against everyone else!

This is ludicrous!  Love of one’s own is the highest virtue, and the best defence against the internationalist enemy which is why it’s now classed as a “heinous crime“.

Xenophobia is another nonsense word which is designed to spark outrage in those too befuddled to question what it really means.  The Palestinians who fear the Jews who destroy their homes, kill their relatives, and outlaw their culture and even forbid recognition of their existence, are ‘Xenophobes‘.

Fearing those who threaten your way of life, or even your physical life, is now against international law!  Unbelievable!!

Finally, the catch-all phrase of ‘Related Intolerance‘ clearly refers to those in the Resistence to the international menace, who dares to speak the name ‘Rothschild‘… or to whisper the word ‘JEW‘.

Clearly libelling all who oppose the reduction of peoples and cultures to a mass of uniform producer-consumer machines, the Resolution upholds:

 “the provision of the Durban Declaration in which States condemned the persistence and resurgence of neo-Nazism, neo-Fascism and violent nationalist ideologies based on racial and national prejudice” (which are) “phenomena (which) could never be justified in any instance or in any circumstances.”

Editors for the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, and the Chicago Tribune admitted to deliberately censoring information about black crime for political reasons. 

Chicago Tribune Editor Gerould Kern recently said that the paper’s reason for censorship was to “guard against subjecting an entire group of people to suspicion.”

These racist attacks can, at least in part, be attributed to the black elite, who have a vested interest in racial paranoia. And that includes a (U.S.) president who has spent years aligned with people who have promoted racial grievance and polarization and appointed an attorney general who’s accused us of being “a nation of cowards” on matters of race and has refused to prosecute black thugs who gathered at a Philadelphia voting site in blatant violation of federal voter intimidation laws.

Tragically, black youngsters – who are seething with resentments, refusing to accept educational and other opportunities unknown to blacks yesteryear – will turn out to be the larger victims in the long run.

Black silence in the face of black racism has to be one of the biggest betrayals of the civil rights struggle that included black and white Americans”.

Remembering that Eric “My People” Holder’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has re-opened the Civil Rights Division, it becomes increasingly clear that it has nothing to do with Beat Whitey Night in Iowa;

to keep Black crime to a minimum this summer.

Black kids engaging in mob attacks,

like the one in Woodbridge, are merely perpetuating the civil rights struggle.

The story of 50 Black kids attacking a white family in Akron on Independence Day 2009 and shouting “This is a Black world” were merely taking the civil rights struggle to its next logical step.

Since white privilege is all that keeps Black people down, Black-Run America (BRA) has created extra-equal Black privileges that ensure the toleration of these attacks by Black people on whites (and Asians) will continue.

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.

You are proud to be Black, Brown, Yellow, and you’re not afraid to announce it, but when we announce our White pride, you call us racists.

You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a White police officer shoots a Black gang member, or beats up a Black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.

I AM proud. But, you still call me a racist.

Controversy is brewing over a city-sponsored anti-racism campaign that calls on Caucasians to recognize their “white privilege”.

[Imagine... this foreign-born hypocrite audaciously lecturing Canadian-born Whites on bogus charges of "white privileges" when he -- himself -- hails from India, a nation that is notoriously known for a strict caste system, or segregation, apartheid or other such terms. Such chutzpa!  Let's hope this meddling interloper is tossed aside by 99% of those "white privileged" voters in Edmonton's next municipal election. But Ryan Hastman, the Federal Conservative candidate for the Edmonton-Strathcona, said he’s concerned because the campaign’s focus on White people… is too narrow.

“If we try to address these issues by singling out groups, it seems to be counterproductive,” said Hastman, who posted some of his concerns on Twitter.

The campaign is focused on identifying and resolving institutional barriers faced by aboriginal people and other racial groups in Edmonton, according to a City of Edmonton release.

“White privilege refers to all the benefits we get just for being white. Most of us are aware of how racism hurts others, but we’re not aware of how it benefits us,” — the (web)site reads.

It then paraphrases Dr. Peggy McIntosh, associate director of the Wellesley Collage Center for Research on Women, a U.S. college, and her 1989 paper “White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack.”

“Most of us have little awareness of our white privilege. We‘re so used to having the benefits that come with being white that we don’t even realize we have them. We also aren’t aware of our privilege because the system has encouraged us not to be aware,” — reads the website.

Hastman said he acknowledges racism is a problem, but prefers to overlook racial divides instead of focusing on them.

One of the nice things about writing an op-ed column for this newspaper [National Post] is that you get invited to speak on a lot of “media panels” at academic conferences. I flatter myself to think people are genuinely interested in what I have to say.

Which is to say, I’m used to being the odd man out.

But I’ve never felt quite so odd as I did last week at Combating Hatred, a day-long biennial anti-racism conference hosted by the University of Toronto for the benefit of the city’s lawyers, judges, police officers, educators and government workers.

By the time my turn was up, I’d thrown out my prepared speech in favour of a strenuous take-down of what I’d just heard. All of it, I said, was proof that radical anti-racism had become not only a cult of censorship, but a mental toxin as irrational and destructive as racism itself.

And since I was in the mood to make friends, I went further. I told the crowd that conferences like these were actually hurting minority communities by giving them a one-size-fits-all excuse to avoid confronting their problems.

Talk about gang culture, AWOL fathers, teen motherhood and shocking crime statistics in Black communities…… and “diversity consultants” will accuse you of racism.

Connect the dots between Canada’s radicalized mosques and the terror threat……and you get accused of Islamophobia.

Write about the economic dysfunction and social pathologies that fester on native reserves, and Donald Worme accuses you of penning a new Mein Kampf.

By this point, a few audience members were audibly sneering at the angry right-wing freak who, for reasons known only to himself, was ruining this otherwise respectable festival of white guilt.

In any case, I left the conference feeling more pity than anger. For all their claims to progressive politics, there is something slightly old-fashioned about the people who run these conferences. Many of them have been fighting the evil of racism since the early days. And they have chalked up some spectacular successes during that time: the anti-discrimination provisions in the Charter of Rights, human-rights tribunals in every province, hate-speech laws, gay marriage, etc. Even more importantly, they have managed to make race hatred the ultimate taboo – a subject that can get you fired from any job or ostracized at any social gathering.

As I sat there, I did indeed feel quite “privileged” – though not because of my race. It was because I am an opinion journalist who can write about these issues candidly. But the jurists, NGO (non-gov’t organizations) types, tenured academics and public servants staring back at me from the audience enjoyed no such freedom. Whether they believed the anti-racism orthodoxy or not, they inhabit politically correct professional milieus that require them to at least pretend to believe it.

Do a search on the phrase ‘liberals real racists’, and you will get many, many hits. Too many to read through, as I found when I searched on that phrase.

It is pretty obvious to me that the phrase was cooked up by some Republican ‘wit’ who had just been called the r-word (“racist”, not Republican) by some liberal/multicultist. It amounts to the schoolyard retort, ”I know you are, but what am I?” It is just about as intelligent.

The end result of this accusation being flung at lefties and diversity-cultists… is that now we have twice as many White folks calling each other ”racist!” back and forth, endlessly. Way to go.

It surely must amuse the diversities (NON-whites) that Whites are now calling each other their favorite term of abuse. Now they can take some time off, and let us call each other the ‘r-word’ while they sit back and watch and laugh.

We are doing their job for them. They don’t need to race-bait anymore; we are doing it to each other.

I decided some years ago that I won’t use the word ‘racist’ or ‘racism’ except in an ironic sense. I won’t write it here without scare quotes. So you won’t find me joining in the counter-accusations against our lefty/multicultist foes. I can think of many other names, mostly unflattering, that fit them, but I can think of no good reason to join in the race-baiting.

First, I think it serves no useful purpose. Do the people who employ that tactic think it will shock some leftist or politically-correct brainwash-ee into an epiphany? Do we think it will shame them into admitting that they harbor “racist” thoughts?

If a leftist were brutally honest with himself, he would admit that by claiming that Whites are congenitally bigoted against NON-whites — then he himself must be just as guilty as the Republicans (Conservatives) whom he loathes. White ”privilege” makes us all guilty, according to the leftists and  non-whites. So by that line of thought, liberals and ‘conservatives’ are equally guilty of the ‘White original sin.’

But are liberals or progressives ‘racists’… as most people understand that word? If their definition is true, if ‘racist’ means anybody who 1) notices race and/or 2) believes the races differ in some intrinsic way, then what do we call the liberals who see the races as different in ways that flatter non-whites, and who believe that all the problems of non-whites – being “caused” by Whites – must be rectified by Whites?

Paternalism can be interpreted as meaning that non-whites are incapable of taking care of themselves, or even of defending themselves verbally.

For example, liberals will jump to the defense of nonwhites when they sniff out any hint of ‘bigotry’ from a fellow White. They will argue in the name of the non-white as if that non-white cannot defend himself. I suppose this is their rather deluded idea of chivalry – which in its true form calls for defending the weak and the lame and the halt. But I think it bizarre that they haven’t noticed that non-whites can, and do defend themselves loudly, vociferously, and stridently. Why White liberals imagine that they need to act as lawyers for their favorite victim groups, (mascots, as Thomas Sowell put it) is beyond me.

The liberals’ client groups are certainly able to speak up for themselves; they are not weak at all in that sense. And they have the media 110 percent on their side; the media, being made up of leftists of one stripe or another, does little but defend the perceived downtrodden “victim” groups. It is a leftist fallacy that ‘minorities’ are ‘under-served populations’ or that their ‘voices are excluded from the public discourse.’ That notion is laugh-out-loud funny.

But does paternalism imply a sense of superiority, or a dominant/subservient relationship between the person helping and those being helped? I don’t think so. I think that most leftists have convinced themselves that they are the possessors of something called ‘White privilege‘ which makes them the beneficiaries of many un-earned benefits. They think these benefits are taken directly from non-whites and given — unjustly — to us. So they think they are righting a wrong.

If they want to be self-abasing altruists who are willing to serve others at their own expense, that’s their choice — but where it goes badly wrong is when they enshrine that altruism in public policy and making it the law of the land. And where it goes really, really wrong is when they force the rest of us, essentially, to participate in this racial self-abasement and penance.
